Amy J Fanzlaw

Ms. Fanzlaw is one of only a handful of attorneys in Florida who have achieved board certification in both Wills, Trusts & Estates and in Elder Law by The Florida Bar.  She is recognized as an expert in estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, and elder law, including preparing and administering special needs trusts, long-term care and Medicaid planning, and guardianship. She is frequently asked to present and lecture on special needs trusts, tricky estate planning issues, and homestead law in Florida, and she has served as an expert witness in various matters pertaining to public benefits and special needs trusts.
